• Account Security: Notify us immediately at support@rentmor.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

• Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.

4. Identity Verification and Credit Checks

• Veriff: To use certain Services, you must complete identity verification through our third-party partner, Veriff. This may involve submitting government-issued ID and other personal data. Veriff’s terms and privacy policy apply to this process.

• TransUnion: We may conduct credit and background checks through TransUnion as part of the rental application process. By applying, you authorize us to obtain and use this information.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

• Provide accurate and complete information in rental applications and communications.

• Not misuse the Site (e.g., hacking, scraping, or transmitting harmful code).

• Not interfere with other users’ enjoyment of the Services.

6. Fees and Payments

• Service Fees: The Services may incur fees, including Application Fees, Marketing Fees, and Screening Fees, which will be disclosed before you complete a transaction.

• Payment Authorization: You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for all applicable fees.

• No Refunds: All fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All content on the Site (e.g., text, logos, designs) is owned by Rentmor, Inc. or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
