Veriff:

TransUnion:

When you enter a RentMor promotion or giveaway, we collect the information requested on the entry form and use it to administer the promotion as described in its Official Rules. Entries may be collected through a third-party entry platform acting on our behalf. If you are selected as a potential winner, we will collect additional information needed to confirm eligibility, award the prize, and meet tax reporting requirements. Information about winners may be disclosed as required by applicable law or as described in the Official Rules. By entering, you may also receive promotional communications from us, and you can opt out at any time as described in Section 7.

6. Protection of Veriff and TransUnion Data

Identity Verification with Veriff:
Information collected via Veriff (e.g., ID documents, facial recognition data) is encrypted and securely transmitted to prevent unauthorized access. We retain this data only as long as necessary to complete the verification process, after which it is securely deleted unless required by law to retain it longer.

TransUnion Information:
Credit and background data from TransUnion is stored with strict access controls and encryption to protect your sensitive financial and personal history. We limit access to this data to authorized personnel involved in the rental approval process.

Account Settings:
You can update or delete your account information by logging into your rentmor.com account.

Cookies:

8. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is no common industry standard for how to respond to these signals, our Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
